About Hillary

After more than a decade working in the health and fitness industry, I’ve had the opportunity to build a broad and practical foundation in wellness. My experience spans large-scale athletic clubs, boutique fitness studios, and ongoing professional education, all of which have shaped a deep appreciation for how complex—and personal—health truly is.​

 

Over time, a clear pattern emerged. In 2023, I expanded my scope of work in response to what I was seeing every day: many people were doing their best but felt overwhelmed, under-supported, or stuck in systems that weren’t designed for real life. As those with resources continued to optimize their health, others were falling further behind—underscoring the need for more accessible, inclusive, and sustainable approaches to wellness.​

 

Today, my work focuses not only on physical fitness, but on the often-overlooked pillars that most influence daily functioning—sleep, stress management, recovery, mindset, and habit formation. Through O’Sullivan Wellness Connection, I collaborate with individuals, businesses, school districts and organizations through consulting, program development and implementation, speaking engagements, and direct individual and group support. Whether advising leadership teams, presenting to audiences, or working one-on-one, my approach is practical, personalized, and rooted in education—not overwhelm.​

 

At the core of my work is a simple purpose: to help people better understand how their everyday choices shape their health, deepen connection, and create more balanced, sustainable lives. When wellness is approached this way, it doesn’t just benefit individuals—it strengthens organizations, communities, and the people within them.
