About Hillary
Having spent over a decade in the health and fitness industry, I’ve been fortunate to build a deep and diverse foundation in wellness. From large-scale athletic clubs to boutique fitness studios, and through ongoing continuing education, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the many ways to better support peoples' health. In the fall of 2023, I decided to expand my scope of practice to better align with my true passion: helping people build sustainable, holistic wellness.

Today’s wellness landscape reveals a growing divide: the fit are getting fitter, while those struggling with their health are falling further behind. It’s a clear signal that we need more inclusive, proactive approaches to bridge this gap. As the demands of both the health industry and society continue to evolve, there’s an urgent need to elevate often-overlooked pillars of well-being—like sleep, stress management, mindfulness, and recovery—that play a critical role in helping people thrive.

Enter O’Sullivan Wellness Connection (OWC)! At OWC, the mission is simple yet powerful: to educate and empower individuals to make meaningful lifestyle changes and to better understand how their daily choices impact their overall health. I take a personalized approach, offering tailored engagement, education, and support—whether for individuals or entire organizations.

My purpose is to inspire more people to take control of their wellness, deepen their connections, and live happier, healthier lives. Because at the end of the day, isn’t that what it’s all about?
